Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

• Orders of $500 and above qualify for Free Standard Shipping

• Orders under $500 are subject to a flat $50 shipping fee

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (EST-08:00), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated total delivery time may vary depending on product availability.

For items currently in stock, the estimated total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days.

Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Items

Many Pure Alabaster products are made from natural alabaster, with most raw materials sourced from Spain. Because each piece is crafted from genuine natural stone and material availability can vary, inventory may be limited for certain designs, sizes, or finishes.

For items that are currently out of stock or require production, the estimated total delivery time is typically 35–50 business days.

15–20 business days

This includes material preparation, production scheduling, quality inspection, and protective packaging.

Transit Time

20–30 business days

Transit time may vary depending on destination, international freight schedules, customs clearance, carrier conditions, weather, and seasonal demand.

If an item requires extended production or special handling, our customer service team will contact you with an updated estimated delivery timeline.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our authorized logistics facility in New Hampshire.

Tracking information is generated once the shipment leaves the fulfillment facility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact support@purealabaster.com as soon as possible.

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment.

Because our standard processing time is 2–3 business days, we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation requests after processing has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Address Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If a shipment is delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help update the delivery information or arrange re-shipment where available.

If re-shipment is required, we will confirm any applicable basic shipping fee before dispatch.

We do not treat address corrections or delivery issues as automatic cancellations. Our team will work with you to find a reasonable solution based on the shipment status.
