Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.


Shipping Rates

• Orders of $500 and above qualify for Free Standard Shipping

• Orders under $500 are subject to a flat $50 shipping fee

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our authorized logistics facility in New Hampshire.

Tracking information is generated once the shipment leaves the fulfillment facility.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact support@purealabaster.com as soon as possible.

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment.

Because our standard processing time is 2–3 business days, we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation requests after processing has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


Delivery Address Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to receive the shipment, the order may be treated as a customer remorse return under our Return & Refund Policy.

A flat 10% handling and restocking fee may apply.

If re-shipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.


Shipping Damage

Although every order is carefully inspected before shipment, transit damage may occasionally occur.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order within 5 calendar days of delivery.

If you notice any damage, please contact support@purealabaster.com and provide:

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the outer packaging

• Photos of any visible shipping damage

• Your order number

Retaining the original packaging may help expedite carrier investigations and replacement requests.

Approved damage claims may qualify for replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.


Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout where required by law.

No additional import duties or hidden delivery fees will be charged after purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
