• Pure Alabaster only delivers to the doorstep. Installation service is not included. This product must be installed by a licensed electrician.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States.

• Orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged within 2–3 business days before shipment.

• Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
