RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
• Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, and installed products are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
